Useing TS With A Firewall????

Hi I now have Norton Internet Security and I am not able to get back on to TS. Is there a way out of this. Norton keeps telling me that there is a "PWS.Hooker.Trojan " that it keeps deleting, which stops the install cold. Any help will be great.
