ts problem

ok i am a Server Admin on my teamspeak and when i go into different channels i cannot see the other people on my ts server. i cant figure it out can you guys help me?

Go into your web administration and check to make sure you have it as a Clan Server. If you selected Public Server then you will not be able to see the users outside your own channel. Note that just because you select Clan does not mean it can't be available to the public.

how do i go to my web administation?

Right click on your Server icon in the lower right corner of you screen and choose "Administration." Then login with the SuperAdmin username and password that was provided when you first installed the TS2 server. Once inside, go to the Servers page on the left-side nav bar and then select your server. From there, on the left, select Server Settings, and where it says Server Type choose Clan Server. Simple as that. However, if you neglected to save your SuperAdmin username and password, you might have some trouble and will have to reinstall TS2 Server.
