I am stupid with computers please help

i am brand new to teamspeak and computers, so please bare with me and please do not say search. I have searched but need help still.

I have Windows Xp with a router. I downloaded server teamspeak. I can get on no problem. My friend cannot. I assume i have a firewall up. how do I turn this off. I went into server.ini and there is no designated port number. Please walk me through this ASAP. i would greatly appreciate it. Any thing i left out let me know and I will post whatever u need.

this is so frustraating, i dont know squat!! how do i turn off firewall, i think that is my problem.

I run a TS server and a few computers as well... Here is what I did.

I run TS on port 8770 so open (forward) port 8770 UDP
I also went to the setup and put in port 8770 to be triggered.
Trigger Range (start port) 8770 to (end port) 8770
Forward Range (start port) 8770 to (end port) 8770

The firewall just gives me a prompt if I want to allow access to the internet.

Thats all I know.. Works fine
