Server Administration problem

I cant log into the super admin site where I can shut down the server or create a new one or change permissions and things, when I right click the icon on the bottom right of my screen, the admin button is all grey and I cant click on it so I searched for the site on google and I found it but it said bad log in. any help here?

where you have to substitute "212.212.212.212" with the IP address of your TS server (check the port of the webinterface in your server.ini and change it if necessary).

Any error's in the server.log file ?
