how much whould a licence cost.i have tryed emailing the sales guy a week ago but no reply back so can some1 find out how much as it whould be a very big hand if some1 chould

They are redoing the website AND licensing, so that is why you didn't get any response. You should check the License section of the forums and see what info is in there. There is lots.

So far, it appears that the lic. fee will be anywhere from 12 to 14 cents USD per slot.

That isn't official yet, so keep an eye on the License section of the forums for updates.

also if you can is explane how the dedicated server works i sort of get it and will i need one when i get a licence in the soon to come.

Your best bet is to review the Licensing requirements in the License forums. As a general rule of thumb, if you are going to put up a server and make money off of it somehow, you will need a license.
