have a look into your server.ini file. There you can block not wanted chars.
Casesensitive: wouldn't know of a way to do so.

how do i get players to regester with server with out me giving them permissions? and how do i get on quakenet?

To do the registered part, you'll have to do that in your "Permissions". Which is under the webadmin part. It's all in the FAQ too.. or you can watch jdawg's video, it's covered in there.
