How to setup a server to work behind a firewall?

I'm trying to run a ts server on a machine behind a firewall. I opened port 8767 and ppl can connect to it. The problem is that they can't talk. When I connect to it from behind the firewall I can talk and other can hear me but ppl outside the firewall can't talk. Any one has a solution ?

since people can connect tot the server and stay on it, the connection TO and FROM the servers works.

- can this people hear you ?
- do this poeple have voice rights ?
- do this people have set up their mic in a proper way ?
