Getting an ip after there gone

I was wondering if there is a way to get someones ip ,on TS, and bann them even if there not there?

The reasion for this is some guy has been comming on and being an ass and leaving before I had the chance to bann him. And I would like to see if there is a log of sorts to get the ip and bann him.

Also I looked in the server log and eather didn't see it or it's not there.

go to the server.ini change the =0 to =1 <-- on in the [log] part of the .ini file you want to log resrart server , then go to the server file and your loging info will now be in it !

Hummm. My ini didn't have "access=1" in it. So I will try it and see.
