im trying to get into my clans server with quick search because its a privat server but every time i try the address 213.218.227.51:8767 it will tell me that there is no reply and teamspeak might not be on someone help plz

It's a dial-up IP and it's not responding to pings. Probably your host has gotten himself a new IP address by reconnecting. Advise you use a dynamic DNS service.
