View Full Version : Teamspeak and bandwidth.
How I can check how much bandwidth taking teamspeak?
codec: X number of peps in = total bandwith
What is the bandwith for one person ?
Does he hast to talk or just be there to take bandwith?
there are a bunch of diferant codec: so the bandwith depends on witch one in being used at the time in the server / channel so it' kbs X amount of people in ts , you take up some bandwith just being conected , but best way to find out how many you can handle is go to a upload speed test site and use that along with peps in X kbs of the speex/codec: being used ya you may be able to add a few for all cant talk at 1 time BUT !!! if your useing the pc for ANYTHING ELSE like a game being played on a pc in your house , even on a diferant pc will use your internet conection , even downloading a file or e-mail takes up bandwith so it's best to go a bit low then high !
