Seeing other mambers in my teamspeak server?

How come I an see other players in the server when they are in different channels? I only see the players that I in a channel with. What gives?

well i think i can figure out what your saying / asking ??? servers can be "clan" servers you see all in all channels !! or "public" server you can only see those in your channel !
