ok i too was having this problem and i used the debug workaround (...speak.exe" -d), but I dont really want to have to explane how to set it up for pll to get in. was this figured out? (if so i didnt find anything in the fourms) is it a problem on server end. im sry if this is asked alot but im confused..........

TIA :confused:

also is there anyway to put a banner in TS that is just a jpeg located on the HD of the system running it? like example:

GFX=c:\program files\TS...\Logo.jpeg

Just wondering, lol

About #1: I don't know.

#2: No. The TS2 server doesn't transfer files.

I didnt want to transfer files anywhere, or to anyone... what i was askin is in the server.ini theres a line u create to add a banner to TS server. what i wantewd to know was instead of it linking to a URL

(example: GFX URL=http//JoeBlowsServer.com/TSfiles/Logo.jpeg)

can it link to a file on the same WINDOWS machine that WINDOWS TS Server is running on

(example: GFX URL=C:\ProgramFiles\TS...\Logo.jpeg

no, the banner must be available to all users connecteing to your TS server and I highly doubt, you want to open up your C:/....
=> not possible !

I'm have the same issue this has all started after in replaced the router. I put in a netgear fwg114p with firmware 2.0 relase 10. I have the port forwarding setup for upd 8767. Have tried all the things that i have found on the form from puting in a upd range of 8766 thur 8768 and also put it to tcp .. i have removed block udp & tcp floods. I have the logs enabled for all incoming tcp/udp/icmp traffic and outgoing tcp/udp/icmp traffic. I Have the teamspeak server on win2kpro system that has a static IP .. and it's out side the dhcp range in the logs i see the incoming UDP packet 8767 and it shows that it matchs rule 1 and forwards then they drp right back out. The only change was the router. I put the old router back in place and everything works .. but that router is on it's last legs it stays up for about 20 mins and then reboots. any ideas I have i missed something. I haven't tried the debug mode just found that info today I'm going to try it when I get home from work today

thanks for any info or help

I guess i need to put in here that i have 2 system on the lan side that work fine .. it's just from the WAN side i have the problems .. sorry about that :D

=> TS3 (till then => debug mode)

another quick question was this ever an issue in the previous versions? could i use an early version instead?
as far as I know it happend earlier as well cause of bad connections. I for myself experienced it for the first time with v20.1
OF course you can use an older version if this helps correcting your situation (with all the limitations earlier version have).
