Cant un-mute...Help Please!!!!!!

For some reason my speakers and mic is muted? When I go to the self tab to try and un-mute and click it with the mouse it does nothing. But the away sign and the whisper sign works...

Plus when I start the program (TS) I get these two messages.

-Opendevice attempted to open with an unsupported waveform-audio format

-WaveInOpen attempted to open with an unsupported waveform audio format

anyone able to help me out here :(

find updated drivers for your sound card , and goto the settings tab/options / input/output and select your devices your wanting to use to chat with and hear with !
