People cant connect to my server!!help!

ppl cant connect to my server n it only shows my internal ip ¡¡¡¡HELP!!!!!

Well i dont have a router n now it shows two ips but they are different the internal is 192.168.1.2 n the external 63.173.122.203 n it has no pass im the only who can connect but with the 192.168.1.2 ip but with the 63.173.122.203 nope it says is offline n in the weblist server there is my server witht eh external ip but when i click connect it keeps sayin the same sh*t :mad:

you conect to your server inyour lan with the lan ip 192.168.x.x all other users out side your lan/house use the other !

Yea i know the external is for the ppl to join but i give it to the ppl n they say that it says this [19:06:22] No reply from server
Maybe the server is offline
or maybe teamspeak is not running on it

even tho i do have the server up n runnin. :mad:
