No one can hear me!!

For some reason no one can hear me , and my mic is not broken,what can i do??

i have a problem like that too, every now and then TS will work, but sometimes it wont, it will connect but when i speak the green light doesnt come on, i can hear my self thru the speakers, and i never changed any of the settings.
