HI
After comming to this forum for about a week and getting no results, I told my self thats it I am going to figure this out by my self!!!
And here I am with the solution!! :)

As far as I know port 8767 doesnt seem to work properly with many routers!!
simply run your server, go to superadmin settings of your teamspeak server under servers tab stop your server. under server settings change the port number to something different for example (port: 1002) then hit save. Once done changing your port number go to the configuration of your router and open/forward the same port!!! To open the port you must use lan ip address not the wan!!
Once done opening/forwarding your port go to your teamspeak superadmin settings again click on servers tab and start your server!!! When youre connecting to your server you must type the port infront of your ip (for example 65.0.5.00:1002) If you need further help cantact me at mesckido********.com

thats it!! Enjoy using your server~!! :) ;)

DONT USE DMZ it leaves your computer open to hacker by opening up all ports you only need to open the ports your apps need to get them to work , most routers it's called portfowarding read your router manual or if you tossed it out look on the manufacturs web site for a online copy !!!!

Yes! worked for me.

After stopping current server with default port i changed the port to 1040.
restart...
Then adjusted napt rule in router to 1040.

Now i can also join by using my "outside" ip.
Still have to test this with my "team" loggin in though.
But i have a good feeling about it now :)

Btw: what kind of BS tweak is this anywayz?
well...as long as it works...

you got 2 ip's 1 is something like 192.168.x.x or 10.0.0.x this ip you use all others us the realworld ip as listed in the server icon in your service tray down by the pc's clock ...and yes you need the 8767 udp port fowared to the pc with the server loaded !
