Off Topic: ALSA and Wine

OK, a little off topic - but in my attempts to switch to Alsa - for nice support of my cs46xx I have managed to get all my apps going - apart from games under Wine.... I'm using ALSA CVS and Wine CVS but the ALSA driver for Wine crashes totally (takes me straight to debugging screen when it tries to use it) - and using OSS Emulation it has I/O errors talking to the sound card...

Anyone else had any success with this?
