Over the last 24 hours, we have been having a serious problem with TS simply crashing. We are having the same problem, and same error messages, that others are having...

We need some tech help and we need it now. We, and you, are about to lose over 100 clients. We have visited your irc channel, and the only thing we received there was a threat to be banned because we posted twice within 5 minutes.

If you really expect us to pay a lic. fee, you had better have a good tech support system in place.

We are very angry at the moment, as are our customers. This is about to cost me a lot of money.

Can we please have some support and help asap?!

Quick correction. Jeff has literally been up ALL NIGHT wrestling with this. In 2 hours (it is now 9 a.m. Eastern) it will be 24 hours old.

I can tell you this much... we have 5 people working round the clock on this for TeamSpeakHost.com.

There is going to be quite a discussion about Tech support and how we were treated BEFORE any fees will be paid.

...I did solve this server crashes and all SQL connection problems by just using the TS SQLite Default Data Base.... I'll be waiting for the next version of Team Speak hoping that the TS Core staff will fix the MySql problems...

But that's me, I just set up 2 Team Speak servers!... :) :o

Well, I must admit that I'm pretty impressed at the moment.

Okay...I am not shy in posting when something isn't right, so now it is important I post when something IS RIGHT.

TS Team was a bit slow in helping us at first. But once we all got on the same page their help and support was absolutely fantastic. They went way above the call of duty in helping us resolve our problems.

Thank you all, and we appreciate your efforts. You dedication and willingness to help us as you did was fantastic.

Now that I am calmed down, I guess I can attribute some of the delay in different time zones, and the fact you probably get inundated with calls for help that aren't legit. Once you realize we were serious and in trouble, you response could not have been any better.
