My router is : Di-604

I have just installed Ts to my computer.

I get the following message when trying to connect to my own server:

no reply from server, maybe server is offline etc etc..

But my server says online.. I tried to follow some of the advice written in some posts, but it dosnt help me much. I opened port 8767, and noticed in my ts when i tried to connect that it uses my ip adress, where i have understood i need to tell it to use my routers ip adress... I have 2 computers plugged to the router, where this is the "main" one

This is what i cant figure out... Where to i change the ip adress for ts to use?

Anyone else have DI-604 and can help me?

(this is what i THINK can be my problem, I am not sure though)

1) connectin locally (within your LAN) ONLY use the LAN IP
2) you can't change the IP TS uses as TS will listen on all IP Interfaces built into the PC the server is running on. That's not a spec. behaviour of TS, all server behave like this. What you can do is set TS so that it only listens on a specific IP interface. But this makes only sense if you have more then one IP Interface (which I don't belive you have).

I have tried to connect from my other pc to ts and it gets me the same error. Is this because every person on my lan cant access the server? only people from outside my ip and router?

and I am not sure about the interface either, I am not sure i understand the concept 100% as because I am not english :o - I have 2 ip adresses from my provider... And my router has a third ip, so if you scan my pc i believe it should show you the routers Ip...

Does this make any sence ?

At last.. I got it to work!

I can now connect to my own server, aswell from my other PC :o)

I had forgotten 1 port that was the only problem :o

I have one last question though...

When I am online on my server and people join it. How do I get the Players button to work?

they are all unhighlighted....
