Server up and running, just one problem

I have server working all good now. But i cannot seem to be able to control it 100%.
I cannot ban people from my server
I cant grand people acess etc, actually It is the whole "player"button the i cant get to work, do i need to log in or something, somewhere? :confused:

you need to log in to the server icon in your service try with the "superadmin" and password select your server / look thru all the "permissions tabs " and set each 1 as what you want that kind of user to beable to do
