Banner from a local file?

I want to use a file saved on my local harddrive. How do I point to a local JPG file in the Server.Ini file?

you dont , you have to have it saved on the net for ts to access it , do a search on GFX for more post on this matter

the banner file must be accessible to all who connects to your server so a local stored file may not be a good idea !
