Hello,

We have the latest version of Teamspeak installed and running however we cannot ban any player. If an admin bans a player it says as they click ban "Error" then it proceeds to kick the player. However they can immediately log back on again. This is the third time that the server has been reinstalled over 3 months with the same problem. Any ideas why it is happening?

If you get connection info of any users it gives their internet IP so its not a NAT issue.

If you look in the ip bans list it shows the old ip bans that worked but not the new ones we are trying to ban now.

I have full access to the hardware firewall but that shows nothing funny if i do packet sniffing of the activity.

Finally the server logs do not show anything despite me turning on full logs via the server ini file.

Anyone got any ideas whats going wrong or where i can look to see what the problem with banning is?

Cheers

banning from the client has a 20 slot limit , you have to deleat the old one to ban new ones .... limatations of a packet size i read a while back ?
