Something Wrong With TS

A hacker got in to my ts server, and gave himself admin.
He messed everthing up, like non admins cant go in other channels, without admins putting them there. And I have to give people registration rights, to register. Please help me fix this.

Sounds like someone got your superadmin credentials.
I'm sorry, but you're thoroughly boned. It seems your hacker has access to the server.dbs and can read any password at will.
Reinstalling will not solve anything unless you find a way to prevent access to the server data files for others.
