setup on liunx server with no sh3 or tel net?

i have a linux server i want ot put team speak on however i do not have sh3 or tel net is there another way of doing it with ftp and such

Web servers dont generally allow programs like TS to run. You are most likely sharing that server with 100 other people and the drain on resources would affect everyone.
