Problem Downloading

My father in law tried to download client and it dosen't do anything. Is there a problem with the download or what

If he dose not have it installed and that’s what he’s having trouble doing then make sure he his on a admin account

If he has it installed then its one of a couple of things.
1 - TS is starting minimized to the system stray, so click on its icon that’s in the system tray (next to the clock)
2 - Try running it direct from the exe in the TS folder
3 - Its not installed
4 - He’s using a Microsoft system and its broke again :D

i think he is saying he can't get the dl to load to his pc from the website
