have you gone through the FAQ ?
If not, go thorugh the Manuals, FAQ, and at least a short search BEFORE you post in the forum.
Not nice to ask for things already answered.

- check for a sound card driver update / reinstall actual DirectX afterwards
- try WAVE or DIRECT sound in TS
- set TS to high process prio
- what connection (UP / DOWN bandwith do you have)
- what code is used in the channel / how many people speak at the same time

The KXDriver seem to solve some problems with static but they're not that easy to setup (this means you need to read some stuff). I'd try this as a last option

my drivers r updated but i only have directx 9.0B

my connection is 528 or 569 kb/sec

Speedex 25.9 Kbit is the codec and 1 to 2 ppl speak at the same time
