Problem w/ TS

Ok, call me a noob, if you shall, im used to using RW and Vent, I just started using TS and its a far better improvment than RW and Vent.

Here is my problem, I updated my drivers for my soundcard and video card, and when I try and open TS this is the message i get "TDSoundOut.Open(DirectSoundCreate):No sound Driver is available for use."

Now when I do a system restore, it works w/ the old drivers, any solutions on how to fix this?

did you also update to directx9.0c newest 1 out ? did you restart pc after ? also if you update your drivers you my have to go to the settings tab to select your input/outputs in the client
