First thing fix the shfolder.dll issue you are having

Try here:
http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&ie=UTF-8&q=SHFOLDER.dll

Second try to reinstall TS after you have fixed the missing requirements,
and what OS are you running this on for a server?

Win98x? or ME? it does not appeare to be XP or 2000 or even 2003 server for that matter.

Win98 or ME are not a good OS to run a server of any sort on IMO.

NM.. about the server deal looks like you are installing the client... correct the shfolder.dll issue and that should resolve your issues.

When I look at the M$ page that the google search brings up I'd say this is something the first version of Win98 and all of Win95 lack.
Probably downloading it from there (http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/release.asp?releaseid=30340) would fix it.
I suggest you try it and report back on your progress.

Good luck.

My computer's antivus (Norton Antivirus 2003 Pro) deleted the keypress file on full scan of my system. I can still get into ts but i am un able to hear the other people i the server or i a local test even here my own. So i renistalled it and it found what the antivirus called a virus the keypress file which you have asked norton and other anti virus companies to look into, they installed in in a update. I ve tried to do everything i could think of including the local test and sound inputs options in the top of the file componets. Can you please help me.

There is actually a post on this issue, do a search for the keypress file on the forums here, you should get a few post on this.
