banner won't show up...

Hey I have been tryin to get the banner to show up on my server but after reading alot about how I still don't get it . Is there some one who has one on theirs that can help me ?

From what I read, it has to be in .jpg format to work.
Mine is located at: http://www.ciasquad.com/pics/tsimg.jpg

It's nothing special to look at because I just set this up, and I reduced
another larger image that we already had.

In my server ini, I have:

[ISP]
GFX URL=http://www.ciasquad.com/pics/tsimg.jpg

Don't forget to restart the server after you make the changes.

post your banner link we can test it for ya and take a look at it to see if there is anything wrong with it
