ts suddenly stopped transmitting

i have 2000 and a sb live 1024,

ts was working perfectly well up until last week, when all of a sudden none of what i was saying was getting transmitted to the rest of the channel.

when i use press to talk the little light goes on but nobody can hear anything, when i use voice activation it never activates.

the microphone works fine in windows, i can get the sound into the mic to come out of the speakers.

i've reinstalled ts, and my soundcard drivers but nothing is making any difference, i've also tried wave rather than direct sound - that didnt work either

any ideas ?

are you running xp ?? if so go to your os sound setting and recheck the mic and mic bosster it has been know to forget it's setting from time to time

i'm running 2000,

never fear however, i've got it working again.

i reinstalled the soundcard (for the 3rd time) and it now works, yay!
