View Full Version : i cant seem to be able to get anyone to hear me

Drivers ok.......
speakers ok....
mic ok.....
i can hear people talking to me.....
i can hear myself when i test....
a friend thinks its has to do with registration.. been awhile since i used TS.... thanks for your help anyone that can help or has any suggestions

People can't hear you if you're in a moderated channel without voice rights.

or have your mic muted in the operating sys. sound propertys .... check the mic and mic booster in there

i have had admin rights and still not able to..... i have mic boost checked.. and mic UN muted...

Maybe your recording settings are not set properly. If you follow the instructions in the "My mates tell me I produce echos" thread on the FAQ board you will set them correctly.

Ok.. ive tried everything i think.... i had stereo mix unchecked all along.... maybe i should check it?.... i had headset going in the beginning.. so that wasnt the problem.... http://home.comcast.net/~bobweeby/tsproblem.bmp
a pic of my audio setting(in windows) i have my onboard / add in card(from my Mother board) software in.. didnt see anything like that in ther ethough

This dialog just lets you choose what recording options to display. Checking them means they're going to get displayed when you click "OK".
Can you make a screeny (preferably in jpeg format) of your recording settings?

No, they're not. What you showed is what I said in my previous post. You're on the right track though, you just had to click "OK".
