No Voice ? Mic or TS

Well , Before my Mic would work on TS but now there is No Voice coming out to the other players in the TS server. When I go to the windows sound setting and unmute my mic and talk I can hear my self threw the speakers. so if the mic is working why isnt it picking up my voice when im in the server. When I do the local test I still dont hear anything. Anyone have any ideas?

did you make a change in the settings tab /options is your sound card still selected in the input/outputs? mess with these setting it's most likely in there
