Bad Noise When I Close A Program???

Does anyone know why when say im playing Americas Army or in another program while talking in TS, when I close that program the other people in the TS server get a high pitched feedback of some sort. Id like to see if I can get this fixed before my bud's go deaf :D

Please help I cant figure out why its doing it but it does. Im not understanding why when I close some programs the other players hear a terrible noise that I dont hear. They say it kills there ears.

Please help Ive tried everything I can think of.

Well I suppose I will have to take your lack of response to my request for help as an I dont know answer. I know it's not that you dont care because post ive mad in the past have been answered promptly. If you can't help me in this matter then just delete the thread.

is your os sound propertys set to "what you hear ? if so uncheck it , only have the mic and mic booster checked

did you got to all your manufactures web sites to look for up to date drivers ? for your sound card , video , directx to 9.0c ?

Yes Ive tried multiple drivers, but it i have recently noticed it mostly happens when i exit the Americas army game.
