Problems with hearing others--client port

I'm on a campus connection and as such have precisely 0 access to the firewall, router, or any of a myriad other things I could use to fix the problem. What i would like to do is be able to specify which port Teamspeak uses when it runs--that's the only way I can think of to fix the problem on my end. Any help?

you can ONLY specific the port on which the server listens but you can not specific the port the server answers to the client.

... because this depends on the client. When sending something the sender also specifies who he is (IP address) and where (port) the answer should go to.
