TS Client issue with cursor

I'm Running a TS Server on my pc with great results and very few problems. Over 20 guys logging in and out successfully. Last night after registering a new client(Ken) on to the server, Ken started having a problem while in game. Before using TS he had no problems while gaming. TS was working great, he just lost his cursor in the game as well as his desktop. He had to alt-tab-del out of TS. He tried the game again without TS running and everything was fine. Ken again tried TS with the same results, lost cursor.....Anyone know why running TS would cause this?

Thanks Guldi, found where you was talking about and we're going to try the solutions it gives.
Oh, and sorry I posted this in the wrong location, thought I was in the english/client side.
