help with banner

can any one help me with adding banner to my ts server i have added
[ISP]
GFX URL=http://www.lawler-online.com/pics/logo.jpg
to the very bottom of server.ini
i have also added
http://www.lawler-online.com/pics/logo.jpg in super admin global settings
but still no joy am i missing something here or is there more i need to do
i read fAQ and just about everything else on subject tryed #teamspeak irc
which i have never used b4 but it kicks me as soon as i ask question.

change the url to http://lawler-online.com/pics/logo.jpg in the server.ini file and reset your server .... lose the www. should work the size it's at 150 x 300 and thats ok

quick the most not be any gaps where the [spam] selection end and where [ISP] begins as you can see in my server.ini also the max width for the banner is 300 and the max height for banner is 150. jpg is the only format it will accept. choose a web host that everyone can access due to the fact that some web host block country from accessing their sites. one more thing the server does not need rebooting you know if it has work by disconnecting and reconnecting to server as it is the client that need view the picture ok. i know to be true as once i had add it to my server i disconnect my client and reconnect to server and it was their, server wasn't restart.
