no not quite like that. the first sone is just a script to join which will come in handy later but not what im looking for yet.

the second one is more along the lines of what i want but without all the extra info. I just need a list or people who are online but not showing channels etc.

The first one is a cgi-script, which reads the online users from the teamspeak server. If there is nobody online, there won't be someone in the list above the join link.
And the second one can be modified a bit more, so that the extra informations (status etc.) are not shown on the right. But i think the first script is the right one.
On this page can you see the script working: http://shadow-force.net
The box in the upper right corner (online users) is the cgi script, which i have included to the php code. If there is no one listed, just join the server (ts.shadow-force.net) and refresh the page.

You can search for it in the goteamspeak.com board or request it from Germeshausen.de Webhosting (http://germeshausen.de). Just register in the board (Teamspeak 2 Section) and request the cgi-script. I'm sure they would give it to you. You can write in english there, this is no problem for these guys.

Thanks for posting this Crow ... this is exactly what I would like on my website. However, I make a newbie look seasoned. I beg your indulgence ... so far my website is only done in html format. What do I need to do to get this to work on my website? what files need to go where etc? I would be ever so greatful if anyone could help me with this. Please email me at zunaynu@rvbarnz.net if anyone can assist me. ;)

Crow,

Thanks for all the information so far. I just want the cgi to do like the page you showed earlier in the post:

http://shadow-force.net/cgi-bin/ts.cgi

I went to the website you suggested, but I know 0 German so I wasn't able to understand where to go or what do to get it. Can you please post the cgi? I just want the simple ability to show how many ppl are on and that can let ppl login if they desire, which judging from the look of your cgi will do exactly that.

Thank you!

Hi ChaosAD,

That's no problem. The Germeshausen.de Team understand german , english, dutch and a bit french. Don't be scared to ask in english. They would help you where they can.

And here is the information you are searching for.
