Hear Player in another Channel

Hi there,

we have the following problem:
On our Teamspeak Server, one player is hearable in two channels. For example if he joins in our general channel and switches then to a specific one, he can still be heard in the first channel, even if he isn't in there anymore. He doesn't hear us, but we hear him. It's only one and always the same player, where this happens. Any idea what it could be?

he has a his pust to talk button bound to also whisper to a second channel is my bet .
as a server admin i have all my channels bound to t+a for talk to all so i can say hi to anyone comeing in and direct them to my channel if there in need of help or looking around and want to know something to come ask , as well as a key bind to the lobby only t+l for same reason
