IP Problem with TS

Hey im fairly new to the Teamspeak experience. I have set up a server... i can get on it as an admin and what have you, but the connection IP seems too be localised. Is this because i am on a network? how do i cange it so people can access it?

If someone could help me id much apreciate it and so would my clan.

sounds like a router issue look on this link for some walk thrus oh setting up port fowarding . remember when read there site to replace 8767 udp for there ports , diferant applacations being set up .
also "allow" ts thru any firewall programs
