WIndows 98 Memory

Hello,
I am using TS2 2.0.32.60 on Windows 98SE. While connected to a server and talking to my teammates I find myself unable to open applications like the UnrealEditor for UT. I am on an AMD Athlon XP 2700+ with 512 megs of Ram and Geforce4 TI 4800 Video card. The error I get is system memory low. Anyone else have this problem and how do I correct it.

any editor program needs memory so i would say its that becuse ts does not use much

The TS client barely uses any memory (12MB in my case). I guess it would be the Unreal Editor hogging up everything. Maybe increase swap file size?
