Feeling so stupid

I am trying to run a teamspeak server from my home PC. I use verizon DSL and a Netgear WRG614v4 router. I have opened port 8767 and no one can connect. I don't think its teamspeak teamspeak though because other people can't even ping my IP!

Any suggestions would be greately appriciated.

your router is not on this list but if you read a few you can dubble check you did port fowarding corectly ...http://www.xbchelp.com/router/

also check to make sure you got any firewall apps set to "allow" ts
