You're expecting a 1000 page explanation or could you give us some more infos WHY it is not helpfull ? With this LAME answer you're not gonna get good support...

Beside, if you'ren ot familar with the installation and what rights you have on the webspace, you should anyway ask your admin (As posted in the FAQ).
