How to install as service, not app

Hi,
I've installed TS for my company and it's running great on one of my servers. But it seems to install as an application. When I logout TS shuts off. Right now I have to lock the server instead of logout to keep the TS up. Is there anyway to run TS as a service instead of an application?

How do you use this file? does the app already have to be installed?
