Driver problem

OK, I don't know a whole lot about computers, but I'm learning pretty fast. I just installed TS, and when I open it, I get a window that states:"TD sound out open (direct sound create) no sound driver is available". I'm running windows XP pro, and have a soundblaster audigy 2 zs sound card. Can someone please tell me what to do next? Any help would be much appreciated.

I'll do the best I can here. My ts isn't working at the moment either but, oh well i'll kick down anyway. I think you have other voice conferencing software or you r sound blaster software already utilizing the driver. Its not available for ts so start shutting programs by right clicking in the tray on the lower right and selecting exit. Maybe that will help :rolleyes:
