Voice notification of users joining server

Is it possible for the server to notify you via voice that a new user has connected to the server, like Ventrilo does?

All of the TS servers that I have ever played in do... Must be a config somewhere.. mostlikely on the Admins side...

I don't think there is an option for people joining/leaving server.

HE WANTS TO HEAR IT... all clients have the option to turn it on or off , but if you turn it off so you dont hear it it does not turn it off when you going in my server ... so he would hear "new player" or "welcome" or even a home made wav file of your own made at 2250 mz mono will play in ts !

I see one for a user joining the channel.

M&M I want a sound to tell me when someone other then me joins the server. The options I see in Sound Notifications are for when I join the server.

Am I mistaken?

if your in the default channel you will hear new player when someone joins server , or when some on joins the same channel as you, but you can't hear if your in a channel other then default if some one joins the server
