Server Hacked

I'm sure no one gave this guy SA and CA, but he somehow gave himself those rights and kicked us. Any way, I'm currently waiting for the "big" admin to get it back to normal. However, how is this possible?

It was either somebody gave him SA or somebody had such a weak password that they cracked it easily.

Do a search on these forums for "hacked" and you will find a ton of information on how to minimize the occurrence.
