using IIS to admin server

hi i want to setup IIS on windows 2000 server to redirect incoming connections on port 60, and IIS rediects it to the admin port of Team speak running on the same server, so it would look like this

user --> http://dnsname:60-(IIS filters ip not listed there) -----port 14543 on localhost --->Teamspeak Administration

nvrmind i found a program called networkactiv autapf and it can redirect anything and filter out guest ip's
