No sound

I and my friends installed TeamSpeak2. we connected to the server, registered and talked, but after rebooting our OS (Win XP) we couldnt talk to each other - no sound sent. we takled without "Voice" (V), but now i (admin) need to grant them a "Voice". What i need to do to solve this problem
P.S Sorry for my bad english because im from Russia!!

Take a right klick onto that channel => edit channel > and turn off moderated

But after the first (the second etc) reboot my microphone doesn't work at all (his volume (at max) is very low. I need to shout into the microphone). But my friend's microphone doesn work. if he souts into the microphone, i cant hear him!

what do you mean? Had i checked mic boos in sound config? yes. My microfone works, if i disconnect and connect it.
