nobody can connect

I got a server up and i dont have a router.... Nobody can connect xept for my self... my ip and port is 81.29.40.255:8767 and the password is xeno
.. when ppl try too connect they get no responce from server. I dont have anti virus on..a helping hand would be nice....i searched for this but all post i found was ppl with routers.

if you have windows XP SP2 you have to make it SAFE
you have to uninstal it in your software list
becouse manny peaple who wanted to connect to my server
had SP2 and i adviced them to uninstal SP2 and now they can connect
but only one guy cannot connect :(

Can some peaple please try to connect to my server
my server IP is 62.163.52.216
If you want to use it for your can of what you can
make a channel and you have the permission to
let other peaple in

no man it's simple... uninstal SP2 (if you have sp2)
