TeamSpeak as a service?

I've looked at this site a little, looked topics in the forums, and I'm not able to find the answer to this. So here goes....

Is there a way to make TeamSpeak a service on a Windows 2000 Server?

What does TS do else if you use it as a service?

it restarts if your pc goes down upon pc restarting , so no icon to click . nothing extra
